📦 7-Day Replacement for transit damage — unboxing video is mandatory.

💧 Waterproof or rust complaints within the warranty period are eligible for replacement.

❌ No return or replacement for used or physically damaged products after the 7-day period.

🚫 Warranty will be void if:

– Product is damaged by the customer after 7 days

– Improper use, installation, or any modifications are detected

🔁 Replacement Process:
– Customers must self-ship the product to Sparify’s warehouse.

– The product will then be sent to LGP for quality check.

– Once approved, Sparify will ship a replacement unit.
